Vigilora

Vigilora is bringing a new approach to healthcare privacy.

In the age of AI, where patient safety is top of mind, Vigilora provides continuous privacy monitoring and observability, helping healthcare teams detect and prevent risks before they turn into costly violations or class actions, much like teams monitor production systems to catch issues before they cause outages.

Praia Health

Praia Health was born inside Providence to solve a problem every health system faces: disconnected, impersonal digital experiences. Built and proven within one of the nation’s largest health systems, Praia delivers the personalized, frictionless journeys patients expect.

What started as an innovation initiative became the first scalable platform for patient experience orchestration.

Datagence

Reefo

Led by people who have scaled revenue, built enterprise systems, and advised the teams that live with messy workflows every day, Reefo helps hospitals buy and manage AI vendors.

Inaccurate provider directories cost health plans millions in penalties, expose patients to surprise bills, and erode trust in every digital health tool that depends on knowing who a provider actually is. In California, SB 137 and the No Surprises Act make this a board-level problem, and the privacy environment makes the usual "send your data to the cloud" answer a non-starter.

Datagence solves this. Our platform, Polus HCP, is a Quality-Data-as-a-Service (QDaaS) directory that pulls in trusted federal data and the provider rosters that hospitals, health plans, and provider networks already collect, then merges them into a single validated source of truth. Every value, every name, address, phone number, license, carries its source, its quality and confidence scores, and its full history. Compliance teams can answer regulator questions with real evidence. Operations teams can see exactly where the data came from and when it was last validated. AI tools can finally rely on a provider data layer that tells the truth about itself. We're the only platform built this way from the schema up: provenance on every value, auditable by default, AI-ready by design, and deployable inside your environment so protected data never has to leave.

NimbleHeart helps prevent sudden cardiac events by empowering early detection and proactive intervention for asymptomatic at-risk individuals. NimbleHeart Physiotrace Smart is the world's first FDA 510(k)-cleared, patented dry-electrode based exercise ECG monitor built for easy reuse. Occupational wellness providers use it for cost-effective annual stress testing of first responders, and virtual rehab programs leverage it for cloud-based telemetry.
